Consiglio: When leaving voicemail, say your name & number at both the start & end. If the receiver misses a number, they don’t have to listen to the whole message again to get it.

Also:

• Once they have a pen, they only have to listen to the first ten seconds again.
• If the message gets a bit garbled, it doubles the chances of having an understandable version.
