Consiglio del giorno che ti può essere utile:
I know, that's pretty well known, but hear me out: When eating something, just do a quick 30sec search for that item in Google to check how many calories it has. If you're eating a meal, you can roughly make out its ingredients and search them. After some time you build up an intuition of how many calories e.g. your lunch was and if you've overeaten without having to look up the calories anymore. Chips for example are so high in calories, that you could eat a medium sized portion of them in a day and you would've already met your daily base calory requirements.
If you do that diligently, you will have that intuition your whole life and learn to better understand your eating behavior.
