Consiglio: If you meet a lot of people at once and want to remember their names, use them in conversation IMMEDIATELY, and REPEATEDLY

I used to work as a Resident’s Assistant at a college and it requires me to oversee about 250 students, and being able to accurately know who was who just made me an overall better person.

So, if you’re like me and can’t figure out who the heck is Jack, Remy, Carter, and Nick, try using their names in conversation IMMEDIATELY after learning them.

Sometimes this looks like “Hi there I’m Walrus! Oh Nick? Nice to meet you, Nick! You about to leave? Okay see ya, Nick!”

It might sound awkward at first, but people actually appreciate you remembering their names and it became sort of a “meme” for students who I absolutely could not remember the name of.

Also helps when police call you at 3 in the morning and only know the first name of the student who was puking on their way into the dorm.
