Consiglio: if someone asks you to help them do something because they do not know how to do it, offer to teach them rather than just do it for them.

I’m relatively handy and have had many friends ask me to help them around the house, but l’ve learned that it’s best to offer to teach them rather than to “help.” It also weeds out the people that are just lazy and want to take advantage of you.
