[SpongeBob SquarePants] Squidward’s “nose” job

This is going to be a short theory as well as my third SpongeBob SquarePants theory, and this one is about the season 10 episode “Code Yellow”, the episode where SpongeBob is mistaken for a doctor at the Bikini Bottom hospital. Well, the main focus of this theory is about Squidward going to the hospital for a “nose job”. Now from what you've probably learned from another SpongeBob theory and that is that on the facial area of a squid is their “private body parts” meaning that Squidward's “nose” is actually his “man parts”. Meaning that instead of a “nose job”, it's actually a “male enhancement” operation. And yes, I know, at the beginning of the episode, Squidward, en route to the hospital, is trying out different looks for his “new nose”, but I'm pretty sure Nickelodeon didn't want to make anything look obvious, should this theory be true. Also, at the end of the episode, despite Squidward ending up with his original “nose”, he flirts with a couple of female surgeons, whom in turn react in repulsion. So, that's my theory, which I hope is well put-together, and hopefully I don't get in trouble with MassimoL as I was trying to be less NSFW with this post.
