I got a payrise
My wife was due to start working again after her maternity leave, but she’s just been told she’ll be furloughed till August. So she gets to spend another 3 months at home with me and our son, and she’s getting 80% pay for it. Win win!
Realised none of my friends actually liked me, my parents are manipulative and I won’t enjoy sixth form. This has given me the time to think and given me the clarity I need to move on with my life. I am currently planning on emigrating.
I actually started to save my allowance money and I never realized how much it actually was.
Oddly my summer job closed, and now I can focus my efforts on graduation and not being anxious having to do both. It really cleared my head.
