Personally, I was extremely concerned that everyone but me could be a robot and I wouldn’t know
That my dolls would suddenly come alive and yell at me because I was brushing their hair too hard and try to kill me. I even had several night mares about it
That if I didn’t a. Spit in the toilet before flushing or b. Run out of the bathroom right after flushing, that a monster would come out of the toilet and kill me.

This is a bit embarrassing but my own shadow attacking me. I play Zelda ocarina of time too much as a kid and still do but yeah my own shadow attacking me was up there
One time as a child I was being an idiot and prank called the police when my parents weren’t home. I just called 911 and when they answered I hung up. They called me back and I answered, they said they were going to send officers out to my house just to be sure. This freaked me the fuck out so I told the operator that it was an accident, the police don’t need to come, etc. She said she was going to send them anyway (and my parents were coming home soon).
No police were every dispatched and they never came, but I was paranoid for literally months because of it. Every single day I was anticipating the police knocking on our door. A sane individual would surmise that after a day or two there was no need to worry, but this shit literally haunted me for months. I got very little sleep during that period.
