Ashamed of: Flat tax was a good idea. Everyone gets the same services so everyone should pay the same.
Much less ashamed of: get out of paying taxes by living in the woods.
No idea why I was so concerned with taxes when I was 11 but there it is
I used to believe it was normal to be hit. Like how my dad would beat me with jumper cables on an almost daily basis, but apparently I was wrong. I’m glad that I learned that it wasn’t normal to do that, otherwise I’d be doing it to my kids.
I thought that all people who did drugs of any kind were bad people. It felt like a black and white thing as a kid. I wish I’d had more compassion and understanding about the issue.
When I was a kid in the 80s and 90s, I thought Trickle Down Economics was a viable economic model. I had (well still have) very conservative/republican parents.
