I’ve found that the key to success is realising that it’s not your job to talk yourself out of what you want. If someone thinks you’re not qualified, it’s on them to tell you that. There’s no shortage of people willing to tell you you’re not good enough, even if you are; your job is not to agree with them, but to prove them wrong.
