Seems more useful than no nut November that everyone keeps posting about.
A very good idea.
I switched to vaping a few years back but the idea of smoking a real cigarette will never leave me.
For me, at least, it’s far more addictive than anything else I’ve ever done. Partly because of the drug itself, but also the habitual nature of it. So much of my daily routine was punctuated by having a smoke. It’s not just a case of stopping having it, it’s a case of retraining your day-to-day activity to not have those moments.
No nicotine November
No shave November
No nut November
No cyberpunk November
Just fuck November
Never heard of it. I’m 6 days too early.
