You’re gonna dream at least three times a night if you sleep a full eight hours. It’s just a stage of sleep. The problem is that we don’t remember all of our dreams, not that we don’t dream.
I rarely remember dreams. I’ve found a hack though. Mugwort, just by smelling the herbs for a minute, I’ll have/remember a dream. No need to smoke it or make a tea. Just hold it up to your nose and breathe it in before bed.
