Apnea. Having sleep apnea, you do not reach REM sleep which is where you dream. This is also where you are actually getting restful sleep… so if you dont dream often, and you frequently feel tired this could be the issue.

Either that, or things on your mind – both good and bad – unfold as fantasies while you dream.
