Regarding public speaking:
Try to be prepared as much as you can, rehearse your speech beforehand, ideally in front of someone who can give you feedback and get a good rest the night before.
It’s recommended to take a couple deep breaths seconds before performing.
Switching to your side arm is always faster than reloading.
You can get in anywhere if you have a clipboard and look like you’re supposed to be there and are a little annoyed
If you’re in trouble and need help, don’t wait for a stranger to come help you, go tell a stranger you need help. The chances of you accidentally picking a bad guy are much lower than of a bad guy deliberately picking you.
Isolate yourself from everyone and think what you want while making big decisions.
Con : You might be wrong
Pro : No one to blame.
