They still hang out with everyone else in the friend group but don’t invite you.

General distancing, if you have a friend that never really initiated conversations first, which there are plenty of then look for their interest in a conversation. Do their replies often only have one word or just kind of seem dismissive, if so that’s an indication.
If they are constantly rescheduling or canceling plans that’s another indication, a bigger one if they make no effort to reschedule those plans.
