But for short:
In your brain there are multiple areas and categories on where something is saved and / or “calculated”
So for the “I am getting turned on” area and the area with which you control your feet, the locations are just next to each other.
So in some brain the barrier between those to categories is really small and people tend to get turned on by feet because their brain associate it with the “getting turned on” brain part.
