Sprint past her about 6-9ft and then resume walking. Periodically look back to make sure no creepers are following her.

I would pose this question to the women of MassimoL rather than the mean. An idea is to cross to the other side of the street but honestly I am not sure there is a correct answer due to the sad ass society we live in.
