Not a psychiatrist but and emergency medicine physician. I’d recommend a benzodiazepine such as lorazepam for anxiety, antipsychotic such as ziprasidone. Possibility a light dose of ketamine for depression and suicidal ideation. All all of those saying antidepressants, it usually takes antidepressants a few weeks at least to be at decent potential. Antipsychotics also do take a couple weeks to work at the maximum efficiency, but it works a little different than SSRI’s.
