Genuine question for those who refuse to wear masks because you’re ‘free’: can people with STDs stop disclosing because they’re ‘free’ too?

I am learner, what’s STD mean?

I’m going to stop not shitting in their yards because now I’m “free”.

Some people intentionally infect ppl with HIV. So nothing was stopping them from not disclosing their STDs.

I wonder if they think like this when it comes to every other guidelines, rules and laws? Seat belts, don’t so murders, driver on the right side of the road etc? Why would this in any way infringe on people’s freedom, when they are perfectly fine with everything else the government and authorities decides?

I don’t think you have to disclose in some states.
