Ed ecco le risposte:

I live in New Zealand, but am originally from the US – I visit my friends and family there often – one thing that I always find striking is how tame it seems from the inside compared to the way it feels from the outside. I always feel anxiety about it before I’m there and then everything seems fine once I’ve arrived.

everyday life is pretty good.

you go to work, you come home, you eat, you find something to bitch about, you do it the next day.

It depends on where you live. If you live in California like me, then California is still a fiery mess with expensive housing. Seriously the housing here is very expensive.

it really depends on where you live, i live in the hood and recently there has been a shooting every day for a month. not even older people dying or shooting 16, 18, 20s, 40s. anyone gets shot. and covid is really bad too. i had it and i have only quarantined all year. really dont know how irresponsible, no mask wearing idiots have not gotten it yet, but i did.

Definitely not, at least not for most of the country. The cities, and areas with more poverty can be bad, but they’re the exceptional cases you’d probably find in any first world country.
