In my experience people who smoke will smoke on their breaks, not that they get a break solely because they smoke.

No, we don’t. I get one hour lunch and 2x 15 minutes breaks. So does everyone else. If someone goes out for a cigarette outside their designated break period, then the problem is enforcement, not fairness.

People get smoke breaks. Why not stroke breaks?
