Cigarette smokers at work get a cigarette break because it’s an addiction, so should chronic mastubators get 5 mins an hour to rub one out? If you could have an hourly work break to do whatever you want, what would you Do?

Where do smokers get extra breaks? I smoked for 25 years and got the same exact breaks as everyone else. I know another person who was fired for taking extra breaks to smoke.

Smokers get breaks not because it is addictive but because job sites are not prisons. All workers take small breaks throughout the day to get coffee, check social media, call home, look at personal email, et cetera.
