I know it would be hard to move out during a time like this. I would just ride this out then leave. This will end badly because it will click with this roommate that he doesn’t have a chance with you.
Find a new place first but have a guy over on the last day you can pay rent. Make sure the headboard makes plenty of noise and then move out without notice!
