My dad passed away recently and his life insurance came through and my mom and I decided to get me a new car. My old car has 210,000 miles on it and has had constant issues. I found a used car with 13,000 miles for a really good price and it is a car that I really like and have always wanted. I told my girlfriend for months that I was going to buy a car and I didn’t expect to jump in one but I did and now she’s gone. She has removed and blocked me on everything and won’t answer. I told her on the phone I tried to buy her the car she wanted (2013 camaro ZL1) but the guy wouldn’t negotiate and it was going to be $42,000. So I’m not sure what to do here because I love her and want her back, Gould I just take the car back and forget it?

Everything you’ve said about your girlfriend, including in the comments, points to her being a gigantic, gold digging, dickhead. She sounds like the absolute worst kind of human being. Let’s count the ways:
- She expected you to buy her an expensive car
- She threw a temper tantrum when you didn’t, and blocked you on everything, rather than talking to you like an adult.
- She degraded the kind of car you want because it’s for “gay guys”
- She’s completely shitting all over the fact that this is insurance money that came from the fact that you lost your father – WHO would be OK with someone spending their dead father‘s insurance money on them like that?!
