Get down to a healthy weight and get some cardiovascular endurance. Your organs and joints will thank you.
It’s also much easier to maintain a healthy weight in your 30s than to lose a shitload of weight in your 30s.
Forgive yourself for everything you did when you thought you knew better.
Set yourself goals. Very important or you’ll drift off.
Turn 29
Start saving for retirement. A dollar saved in your 20s is worth exponentially more than money saved later because it has more time for interest to compound. Compounding interest follows an exponential curve and is the sort of thing that doesn’t do much at first but hits this tipping point where it suddenly explodes. You need a certain minimum amount of time to get to that point.
