I didn’t know that existed til just now. Looks like there’s several brands and choices.
Logitech has had one on their top end gaming mouse for a few years now. the Mouse itself is about 140 dollars and the pad is about 100
There’s also wireless mice that completely lack batteries and use the pad as a power source. I have a cheap one a few years ago but the pad eventually wore down.
The airwaves are filled with radio waves and other forms of electromagnetic energy. It would seem possible to capture this, have it changed into DC and use it to charge batteries. Wouldn’t need much power.
