Brussel sprouts. Especially when they are pan roasted with some salt, pepper, and oil.
Pasta with pesto sauce.
Almost everything. I was an incredibly picky eater as a kid. My burgers consisted of a patty, a bun, and ketchup. Eventually I became adventurous. First I discovered the awesome power of pickles. Then, I figured I might as well throw on a slice of cheese. Lettuce came next. Onions were the game-changer: I thought, if i can handle onions, I can handle anything. Tomatoes, mushrooms, mayo, jalapeños, fuck it, throw it all on there. My burgers became a disgusting, leaking mass of toppings and condiments.
My most recent addition was a fried egg. That shit’s delicious on a burger.
Coffee. Tried a sip when I was like 12 and hated it
coleslaw
turns out when you follow a recipe and make it yourself, without adding raw onion to it, it’s just fine and dandy.
