That’s a bit of a false equivalence. The suggestion is that people know they have the ronavirus and choose to not wear a mask.
A better wording would be people that never use a condom and don’t tell the person they’re with they never use one and might have STDs because they are free.

Don’t even bother asking, they’re probably the same people who have STD and freely have sex. Either that or they think STD’s are fake and are a propaganda used by the illuminati to control people
