Consiglio: When dealing with competing priorities, tackle first the ones whose “cost” increase if you put them off.

For example at the moment, I have a small leak in the shower, a broken pool timer, and some other misc. repairs.
The longer I wait for the leak, the more money goes down the drain.
The longer I wait for the pool timer, the longer I have to keep turning the pump on and off manually everyday. Costs time.
The other repairs aren’t like that, their cost doesn’t increase with time, so they can be done once the accruing cost items are taken care of.
Following this helps prioritizing and knowing that you are giving your attention to the right thing at the right time.
