Secondary displays aren't reserved for graphic designers and streamers! Anyone who regularly uses a computer could benefit from having another monitor. Having twice as much screen space to view your programs makes such a huge difference, and you'll probably realize how limiting it was to only be able to have two or three windows open at once on your single display.
I got a second display for video editing, but the added screen space is a benefit no matter what I'm doing. Even just being able to watch a YouTube video full screen on one display, while scrolling through MassimoL on the other. And they won't break the bank! Like this HP monitor that costs just $80 USD. Most computers have HDMI ports so they are completely prepared to accommodate another monitor (note that some monitors may require an adapter to plug into an HDMI port).
I think most people would never be able to go back to having just one monitor after seeing what it's like using two. Hope this helped someone to be more productive! Or just watch more cat videos at once 🙂
